Therapeutic Performance Initiative (TPI) is a community development arts-based curriculum that prepares individuals and organizations to make positive choices through expressive arts therapy. Our TPI model includes coaching individuals through a cycle of story-writing, lyrical development, choreography creations, rehearsals, and a final performance.

 

Our Create a Musical Program is a customizable program dedicated to the idea that empathy makes us better artists. Creative Clincial Consulting has an established history of producing innovative and cutting-edge documentary theatre. Creative Clinical Consulting introduces clients and students to this progressive exploration, educating students on the profound, intercultural encounters that inspire therapeutic performance and activate social change. In order to guide them through this process, our faculty and staff direct a series of theatre based workshops designed to provide participants with an expansive array of artistic tools and documentary theatre techniques. Using this array of artistic techniques, participants create an original performaing arts piece to ultimately perform for friends, family, and members of the community.

 

Our TPI Model has been widely used throughout the world and has favorably collaborated with over 63 communities, 5 countries, serving over 5,000 clients. We have developed programs with schools, theatres, nursing homes, residential facilities, psychiatric and medical hospitals, and therapeutic day programs.

 

Programs are completely customizable and last from one day to one year depending on each organization's needs.
